Delivery 

UK delivery is free on orders above £70 to the UK mainland. Orders under £70 are charged from £3.49 

European delivery is free over €70 and we do not charge VAT upfront so this will be charged by Customs and Excise directly to the recipient once shipped. Please note if this is not payed your item will be returned. 

Rest of World can be arranged please contact us with your requirements. 

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with the shipping date and estimated delivery. 

What happens if I refuse my delivery?
If you have changed your mind after placing your order, please let us know immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you have changed your mind please arrange a return rather than refusing delivery, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs at our digression. 

Returns

Can I return my product?
All customers are entitled to return their products within 14 days of receiving their order, providing items are in their original packaging and box or similar and are unused. Please contact contact@outsidegang.com if you wish to return your drinks cooler.

Help my product is faulty.
Please send us an email to contact@outsidegang.com with your issue within 14 days of receiving the product and we will deal with it as quickly as we can. We will need to see photographs of the damage to the product and photographs of the box.

For coolers: It is still your responsibility to package the cooler so that it is protected from scratches on its return journey. If a cooler is sent back to us with no protection and improper packaging and things are loose or unwrapped and the cooler becomes scratched, we will not be able to replace the cooler but will send your original cooler back to you.

My box was delivered damaged and the contents are damaged too.
