UK delivery is free on orders above £70 to the UK mainland. Orders under £70 are charged from £3.99 - £6.99

European delivery starts from €10 and we do not charge VAT upfront so this will be charged by Customs and Excise directly to the recipient once shipped. Please pick up communications from customs and the courier to arrange swift delivery.

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification with the shipping date and estimated delivery. 

What happens if I refuse my delivery?
If you have changed your mind after placing your order, please let us know immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you have changed your mind please arrange a return with us at where we are here to help. 


Can I return my product?
All customers are entitled to return their products in unused condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact if you wish to return your order.

Help my product is faulty.
Please send us an email to with your issue within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide photographs of the damage to the product and photographs of the box.

When making returns please make sure products are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the delivery. We suggest your products are packaged as they were sent. 

My box was delivered damaged and the contents are damaged too.
