When will I receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive it the next working day (Mainland UK). Orders sent "Next Day Delivery" before 11am will arrive the next working day. Mainland UK addresses only. Stock levels dependant.
How much does it cost to ship to the UK?
Free shipping on all orders over £75 to mainland postcodes. Postcodes outside of mainland incur shipping fees calculated at checkout. Shipping under £75 is £4.99.
How much does it cost to ship to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man)
The cost of shipping starts from only £4.99. Please enter your postcode at checkout to exact shipping fees. We cover all customs charges to Europe included in your purchase price.
How much does it cost to ship to Europe?
The cost of shipping to Europe varies from approx €11. Please enter your shipping details at the checkout for an exact price or email us at email@example.com to check!. We also pay customs charges for customers who order to Europe!
Help I'm missing an item or have received the wrong item.

What happens if I refuse my delivery?
If you have changed your mind after placing your order, please let us know immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you have changed your mind please do not refuse delivery. We reserve the right to deduct fees for the recovery of your parcel (up to £20) - this can be deducted from your refund.
Can I return my product?
All customers are entitled to contact us to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving their order, providing items are in their original packaging and box, and are unused.
Our return address is: Outside Gang, Unit 8 Bridge Yard, Camsley Grange Farm, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 9BY. Please obtain proof of postage and remember to include your original packing slip.
If you are returning items to us please make sure to package your goods so nothing is damaged.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are received undamaged. If goods are returned with improper care we reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for damages / unsellable goods. Our cooler bowls need to be returned in the packaging they come in, secured tightly so that accessories can not move around and cause damage. Any loose fixings should be secured and not loose inside the box.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept chopping boards that have been unwrapped, if you would like a refund on your cooler but have unwrapped your chopping board, we will take the value of the chopping board off your return amount. We don't accept returns for chopping boards with moisture/water damage. Please follow our care instructions for cleaning and storing your chopping board when not in use.

Can you collect my return?
Yes! We can organise the collection and labelling of your return for a fee. Please get in touch at email@example.com if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Help my product is faulty.
Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org with your issue and we will find a solution. In order for us to exchange any faulty goods, they must be packaged in the original packaging, or similar.
please always use appropriate packaging to ensure returns are not damaged on route back to us.
My box was delivered damaged and the contents are damaged too.

What if I bought my cooler from a different company?
Please speak to the supplier directly for any help regarding faulty goods.
