We aim to process all orders for dispatch within 3-5 working days. However in peak times this may be longer. We manufacture locally and at times there will be a short lead time to get all components for your order. Free shipping on all orders over £75 to mainland postcodes. Postcodes outside of mainland incur shipping fees calculated at checkout. Shipping under £75 is £4.99. Shipping to Europe from €5.

Please check ALL the packaging before contacting us. They are inside a brown envelope with the instruction manual. If they are not found, we will happily send out more.
What happens if I refuse my delivery or don't pick it up from the couriers location in time?
If you have changed your mind after placing your order, please let us know immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you have changed your mind and refuse delivery or fail to pick it up, we may charge you for the full amount of shipping costs. (these vary from £7-£20) This is at our digression.
