Weather
Please store the bamboo chopping board lid indoors in a dry, moisture free place when not in use. It doesn't like being damp and it will become mouldy if not cleaned and stored properly. All other components from our drinks coolers can be left out in the sun, rain and snow and they will not damage.

Storage
We recommend storing your cooler undercover, in a shed or in your house (they make great side tables!) when not in use. If you don't have a shelter, our waterproof covers are great for all year round storage outdoors.

Your cooler can be left outdoors all year if you prefer. Just give it a good wash before use as rain, dirt and leaves will collect in the bowl. Make sure all dirt is removed from where the plug screws in. Melted ice can leak through tiny gaps water when full if this isn't dirt free. 

Cleaning
Wash bamboo chopping boards with warm soapy water and a clean damp cloth and dry immediately.
We recommend lightly sanding and re-oiling your chopping board a few times a year to keep the wood looking great. Furniture Clinic Chopping Board Oil is great.

Give the bowl, legs and Champagne Tray a blast with the hosepipe and wipe down with a clean damp cloth.

Accessories

Tumblers
Wash before initial use.
Clean with warm soapy water. The lid can be soaked in warm soapy water and a bottle brush or toothbrush can be used to clean the hard to reach areas. 
Dry after cleaning and store with the lid off.

Outdoor Shatterproof Wine Glasses
Wash before use.
Dishwasher safe.

Reusable Ice Cubes
Wash before initial use.
Clean with warm soapy water after use.

Weather covers
Wipe clean with soapy water and a damp cloth. No not tumble dry.

LED Lights
Twist tightly to close to ensure no leaks. When changing the batteries make sure the outside of the lights are dry so no water gets inside.
Remote controls are not waterproof.

Shipping 

When will I receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days but at peak times this may be longer. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive it within 48 hours (Mainland UK). 

How much does it cost to ship to the UK?
Free shipping on all orders over £75 to mainland postcodes. Postcodes outside of mainland incur shipping fees calculated at checkout. Shipping under £75 is £4.99.

How much does it cost to ship to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands (Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man)

The cost of shipping starts from only £4.99. Please enter your postcode at checkout to exact shipping fees. We cover all customs charges to Europe included in your purchase price. 

How much does it cost to ship to Europe?
The cost of shipping to Europe varies but starts from as little as €5. Please enter your shipping details at the checkout for an exact price or email us at contact@outsidegang.com to check!. Taxes and customs charges are included in orders to Europe.

Help I'm missing an item or have received the wrong item.

We will fix the problem as soon as possible, just give us an email at contact@outsidegang.com

What happens if I refuse my delivery?
If you have changed your mind after placing your order, please let us know immediately so that we can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you have changed your mind please do not refuse delivery. We reserve the right to deduct fees for the recovery of your parcel (up to £20) - this can be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Can I return my product?
All customers are entitled to contact us to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving their order, providing items are in their original packaging and box, and are unused.

Our return address is: Outside Gang, Unit 8 Bridge Yard, Camsley Grange Farm, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 9BY. Please obtain proof of postage and remember to include your original packing slip.

If you are returning items to us please make sure to package your goods so nothing is damaged.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are received undamaged. If goods are returned with improper care we reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for damages / unsellable goods. Our cooler bowls need to be returned in the packaging they come in, secured tightly so that accessories can not move around and cause damage. Any loose fixings should be secured and not loose inside the box.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept chopping boards that have been unwrapped, if you would like a refund on your cooler but have unwrapped your chopping board, we will take the value of the chopping board off your return amount. We don't accept returns for chopping boards with moisture/water damage. Please follow our care instructions for cleaning and storing your chopping board when not in use.

Can you collect my return?
Yes! We can organise the collection and labelling of your return for a fee. Please get in touch at contact@outsidegang.com if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Help my product is faulty.
Please get in touch at contact@outsidegang.com with your issue and we will find a solution. In order for us to exchange any faulty goods, they must be packaged in the original packaging, or similar.

please always use appropriate packaging to ensure returns are not damaged on route back to us.  

My box was delivered damaged and the contents are damaged too.
Oh no, we’re really sorry to hear this! If this occurs please send us an email to contact@outsidegang.com with the following: Your name, order number, description of the fault and photographs of the box and goods damaged within 7 days of the order being delivered.

What if I bought my cooler from a different company?
Please speak to the supplier directly for any help regarding faulty goods.
